Severe Weather & Course Conditions

We are closely monitoring the potential for severe weather on Race Day. Participant safety is our top priority, and race start times may be delayed if necessary. If severe weather persists, the event may be cancelled. As this is a fundraising event, we are unable to offer refunds.

Packet Pick-Up Details

Skip the line on race day and join us on Friday, June 5th at Fleet Feet in West Lafayette from 3-6 PM to get your packet early!

If you are unable to join us on Friday evening, packets will be available for pick up on Saturday morning. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your schedule start time to allow time for parking, check-in, and pre-race activities.

NEW this year – NICU Remembrance & Memorial Mile

We invite you to honor and remember loved ones of all ages by decorating a memorial sign in their memory. Signs and markers will be available in the large white tent near the NICU Memorial Reunion tables. You are also welcome to bring photos or mementos to include on your sign. Together, we’ll line a portion of the course with these tributes—creating a meaningful space to celebrate and remember those we hold dear. Please remember to take your sign with you at the end of the event.

Parking & Arrival

Parking Locations: Parking is free and available in the lot of the medical offices at 3920 St. Francis Way, Lafayette, IN 47905. Be sure to follow the parking signs and avoid parking in lots designated for the Emergency Department or Physician lots.

What to Expect on Race Day

Our new course will be clearly marked, and we’ll have plenty of volunteers along the route.

Come for the race but stay for the fun at the Healthy Family Fun Fair! We’ll have music, vendors, and kid-friendly activities.

Awards will be given to top finishers of both races so be sure to stick around for the official results!

Please note that for participant safety, pets are not allowed at the event or on the course.
